GULF BREEZE, Fla. --- In a recent social media post, the QAnon Candidate Alex Andrade, 32, bragged about taking money from elderly retirees, Gulf Breeze business owners, Washington DC corporate lobbyists, and pocketing ALL OF IT.

In the midst of an economic recession, where the DeSantis Administration saw Florida family net wealth dropped in 2020, the insurrectionist sympathizer, Andrade, begged for campaign donations from retirees living off social security and retirement benefits. 5 Gulf Breeze donors, who self-identify as retired, gave a total of $925 to Alex Andrade's Campaign. Alex even managed to swindle $200 out of an 81-year-old man on a fixed income.
There is no shame to this corrupt politician who routinely trolls voters on social media at the tax payer's expense. As more citizens took notice of his unethical behavior, the unpolished politician recruited online harassers, from the dark web, to troll on his behalf. These social media profiles have been linked to Q-Anon conspiracy theorists, white supremacists and pro-insurrectionists.
This begs the question: What is this corruption-magnet politician doing for the people of Florida? The answer is nothing. He attends fundraisers while looking like a deer in headlights when it's his turn to speak. He name calls on social media as local media gives him nearly no air-time, and he traffics with Q-Anon insurrectionists.
We can elect candidates who put our needs above corporate donors like Duke Energy. We can support Democrats and Independents who value the safety of our neighborhoods over the land developers. We can, and rest assured, Alex, we will.
