July 2021 Update

Happy early Independence Day! As we spend the weekend celebrating the ideals upon which this country was founded, it’s important to remember that the fight to live up to those ideals continues to this day.

The United States was not and is not destined to be great. It is upon each of us to ensure that everyone truly has the right to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. It takes vigilance, empathy, sacrifice, and of course a lot of hard work.

None of us can make everything right. But we can each do our part. And as the Democratic Party here in Santa Rosa County, we are doing our best to play our role in making this county, this state, and this country live up to its ideals.

Here’s how you can get involved.

Voter Outreach Initiative

We are continuing our efforts to connect with as many Democrats and NPAs as possible with the goal of registering voters, preparing for the 2022 elections, and learning how we can better advocate for the needs of our community. Right now this primarily involves addressing and sending postcards, and we will soon be starting to make phone calls and knock on doors as well.

If you’d like to participate in these efforts, please reply to let us know. The more volunteers we have, the more voters we can reach and the better we’ll perform in 2022.

And if you’d like to make a financial contribution to our efforts, you can do so though the following link:

Thank you.
